6-Day Wilderness Immersion
Unlock the Wild Within!
Join us for a 6-day wilderness immersion at our private 40-acre riverside basecamp along the Dosewallips River in Brinnon, Washington.
Surrounded by state land and the vast expanse of Olympic National Forest and Park, this is a place where the wild still moves freely. Elk pass through the valley. Salmon return with the seasons. The river runs steady, shaping the land the same way it always has.
This land carries a deep history—shaped by those who have lived in relationship with it long before us.
It invites you to slow down, listen, and remember.
This is more than a course.
It’s an immersion into the rhythms of nature.
Whether you’re new to the outdoors or experienced, this journey is designed to build real skill, deep awareness, and a stronger connection—to the land and to yourself.
What You’ll Experience
Wilderness Survival Skills
You’ll be guided through hands-on, field-tested skills that build true self-reliance:
Fire Making
Learn to build fire in all conditions using both modern and primitive methods, including friction fire.
Water Sourcing & Purification
Work with the landscape to locate, collect, and purify water from natural sources.
Shelter Building
Construct shelters from natural materials to stay protected from the elements.
Navigation & Movement
Learn map and compass basics along with natural navigation. Move through the forest with awareness and confidence.
Wildlife Tracking
Read tracks and sign, follow movement patterns, and begin to see the forest as a living story.
This land offers real opportunity to study elk and other wildlife in their natural rhythm.
Fishing & Food Gathering
Learn simple, effective ways to harvest food from the land and river.
Bow Making
Craft a functional primitive bow and connect with traditional hunting knowledge.
Presence Practices
This work goes beyond physical skills—it’s about how you show up.
Sensory Awareness
Sharpen your senses and deepen your connection to the land. Learn to see, hear, and move with intention.
Breath & Energy Awareness
Daily grounding practices to regulate the nervous system, build focus, and cultivate internal awareness.
Includes breathwork and simple qi-based movement.
Stillness & Embodiment
Slow down. Sit with the river. Feel the forest. Learn to be fully present without distraction.
Story & Fire Circles
Gather each night around the fire for reflection, storytelling, and connection.
Initiation & Rites of Passage
This is where things deepen.
Solo Fasting & Time Alone
You will step away from the group and spend intentional time alone on the land with only the essentials.
No distractions. No noise.
Just you, the forest, and whatever rises within.
This is a space for reflection, challenge, and clarity.
This Experience Is For You If…
You’re craving something real beyond routine and comfort
You feel the pull of the forest, the river, and a slower way of living
You want to build true self-reliance and reconnect with your instincts
You’re ready to sit with discomfort, silence, and growth
