Wild Nest: A Momma & Baby

Rewilding Camp-Out

Quilcene, Washington

September 19th-22nd 2025

3 Nights of Nourishment, Nature & Return to your Wild Self!

Welcome to Wild Nest!

not just a retreat, but a return. A slow, intentional re-wilding. A place to come home to your instincts, your softness, your strength ~ all while walking hand in hand with the tiny being who just emerged from your womb.

This is for the mothers craving something more than just self-care
this is soul-care.

This is barefoot on the earth, drumbeats in the dusk, and ancient threads being rewoven through your hands.
This is where we remember how to mother. Not just our children, but ourselves. With ancestral tools, embodied presence, and wild devotion.
This is also where we remember who we are outside of mothering.

Held among mossy trees and wide open sky, this 3 night nature stay is an invitation to reclaim your rhythm. Through movement, stillness, storytelling, and the deep co-regulation of land, lineage, and baby.

Let the forest hold you. Let the fire warm you.
Let your baby witness you rise, rooted and free.~

🌿 What to Expect at the Wild Nest Camp-Out

A Momma & Baby Rewilding Experience

Slow down. Tune in. Come home to your wild.

✨ Re-Wilding the Mother Within Circle

A soul-deep opening circle where we remember who we are beyond the roles we carry. Through guided reflection, gentle movement, and ancestral ritual, each mother is invited to call her own name back—reclaiming the wild, worthy self within.

🧶 Primitive Clay Play (Mama + Baby Sensory Time)

Playful. Messy. Sacred. In this earth-based sensory experience, babies explore the natural textures of clay while mommas mold small talismans or keepsakes—connecting through touch, creativity, and raw expression.

🌸 Herbal Baby Care & Wildcrafting

Learn to craft baby-safe herbal remedies using plants from the land. We’ll cover the basics of salves, soothing teas, and powders—all rooted in ancestral care and mama wisdom.

🥁 Drumming & Lullabies by Firelight

Evenings are for rhythm and song. Gather round the fire to explore primal drumming, ancestral lullabies, and the collective heartbeat of motherhood. A soothing close to the day for both mama and babe.

🌙 Mama Mud Ceremony

An intimate, embodied rite of return. Through ritual anointing with wild earth, we honor our postpartum bodies, release old stories, and root into the beauty of who we are becoming. Raw. Real. Remembered.

🤸 Baby Yoga + Mama Movement

Each day includes gentle movement and baby yoga to help you stretch, play, and breathe deeply with your little one. These sessions focus on bonding, body awareness, and intuitive flow.

🫖 Nourishment & Thai Yoga Massage

Intentional rest is part of our rhythm. You’ll enjoy scheduled Thai Yoga Massage, tea-time, and moments of stillness woven throughout the experience.

🔥 Fire Circles & Storytelling

Each night we gather under the stars for storytelling, laughter, and connection. A safe space to share birth stories, ancestral memories, and the deep magic of motherhood in community.

🥗 Food Nourishment

Enjoy three organic, nourishing meals per day, thoughtfully prepared to support postpartum vitality, energy, and digestion. Meals are slow-cooked, seasonal, and made with love—featuring herbs and ingredients that ground and replenish.

For little ones starting solids, we offer optional seasonal baby foods, such as pureed roots, stewed fruits, and gentle broths.

Andrea Womack

I've labeled myself a lot of things over the years. yoga teacher, retreat leader, craft facilitator, bodyworker, medicine women. But at the heart of it all, I just love bringing people together to remember their roots and return to what’s natural and ancient within.

With over a decade of experience guiding retreats, workshops, and outdoor immersions across the country, my work is grounded in embodiment, community, and earth connection. I’ve walked alongside hundreds of clients through practices like Kaula Tantra, Shamanic bodywork, and hypno-therapy, always returning to the same truth: we heal in rhythm with nature, story, and each other.

With ten years as a nanny, businesswomen, and now a mother myself, I bring deep compassion, grit, and reverence into every space I hold. Whether I’m tending a fire, leading a circle, or teaching ancestral craft, my intention is always to offer something honest, rooted, and real.
